Senior Accounts Payable

Responsibilities Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently Perform 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, receipt) to validate transactions Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system Research and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and payment issues Communicate with internal departments and vendors to address inquiries and ensure timely resolution Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate records Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable Identify process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives Requirements 3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment Experience with 3-way matching and invoice processing workflows Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various teams High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
