The Role

Our client is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and drive long-term retention, adoption, and expansion. This role will manage 25–50 named accounts, serving as the primary point of ownership while partnering closely with Sales, Compliance Services, Engineering, Support, and Implementation to help customers maximize the platform and achieve their operational and compliance goals.

What You Will Do

• Manage 25–50 strategic enterprise accounts, understanding each customer's fleet, drivers, compliance needs, technology, and key stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with transportation and compliance leaders, advising customers on operational and compliance needs.
• Drive driver compliance by monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and helping customers reach and maintain 100% compliance.
• Guide customers on best practices and maximize platform adoption.
• Identify opportunities to increase integration adoption across HRIS, background checks, MVR, ELD, e-signature, and other systems.
• Lead recurring customer meetings and business reviews, using account data and customer goals to set priorities and next steps.
• Manage renewal and expansion forecasting, identifying risks and partnering with Sales on growth opportunities.
• Partner with Compliance Services, Engineering, Support, and Implementation to address customer needs and drive outcomes.
• Share customer feedback and industry insights to improve Client Success processes, product adoption, and best practices.

What You Will Need

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, strategic account management, or a similar B2B SaaS role.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts with complex operations or large user populations.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, driver qualification, or transportation compliance requirements.
• Experience managing renewals and expansion within a named book of business.
• Strong understanding of customer success metrics, including compliance, adoption, account health, retention, and revenue.
• Ability to translate software capabilities and compliance requirements into practical customer solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with operational and executive stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience using CRM data and account plans to manage priorities and risk.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining ownership of customer outcomes.
• Experience with transportation technology, fleet operations, driver recruiting, or compliance platforms is highly preferred.
