Program Manager - Sales Vendor, SMB AdvertisingWe are looking for a Program Manager - Sales Vendor, SMB Advertising for a top media & entertainment company out of their NYC or LA offices! As the head of the Scaled Programs team, you will lead both internal customer success managers and outsourced vendor teams to drive lead generation, qualification, and customer engagement. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Data to ensure our scaled advertisers receive the right level of service and support throughout their lifecycle.Pay: $70/hourASAP-5/30/2027Responsibilities:Strategy & Revenue Ownership: Own the strategy, execution, and outcomes of vendor and partner programs across lead generation, qualification, and support. Be directly accountable for scaled advertiser revenue via our self-serve platform, and continuously optimize outsourced programs through training, scripting, and performance management.Team Leadership: Oversee vendor training and quality assurance programs to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions and business outcomes.Customer Engagement: Develop and execute customer engagement programs that drive activation, product adoption, retention, and customer satisfactionOperational Excellence: Define tools and processes that allow internal and external workflows to scalePerformance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of support and lead generation initiatives, regularly analyzing performance data and making data-driven recommendations for optimizationCustomer Advocacy: Effectively communicate customer needs across cross-functional partners to help shape marketing messages and product roadmapCross Functional: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data to align customer experience strategies and ensure feedback loops are in place.Required Qualifications:Proven experience (5+ years) working in digital sales or account management, with a track record of driving business growth and customer retention within the SMB segmentExperience in first line management (1+ years) in sales, account management or customer successExperience managing outsourced vendor programs for sales, customer service or customer successAcute understanding of SMB market dynamics, customer needs, buying behaviors, and competitors' SMB product solutionsStrong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales, account management or customer success teamsData-driven and customer-centric leader who aligns strategy and vision to proven customer needsSkilled in change management and process optimization in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
