Client Support Specialist

Interview: 2 rounds - 1st with Hiring Manager and 2nd with Team Member Must-Haves Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent relevant work experience 2+ years of experience in escrow and/or paying agent roles Familiarity with escrow agreements Familiarity with legal documentation and entity structures Experience providing escrow agreement feedback to attorneys Ability to research, analyze, and resolve payment-related issues Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy in document review Plusses Experience supporting Relationship Managers or client-facing teams Exposure to payment execution, wire verification, or reconciliation processes Experience working directly with external counsel Prior experience with client portals or document execution platforms Background in financial services, trust, or corporate actions Day-to-Day Manage inbound phone and email inquiries from securityholders Support technology log-in and online document execution processes Assist with callback verifications for wire and payment details Help initiate and reissue payments to shareholders or clients Research returned payments and collect updated payment instructions Assist with daily reconciliations, quarterly interest releases, and invoicing Research and resolve securityholder and client issues promptly Act as a liaison between Relationship Managers and external counsel Review executed agreements for accuracy and completeness Communicate discrepancies and follow up to ensure corrections Set up technology access for new Escrow and Paying Agent deals Add external clients to the Gateway Client Portal Create and manage tickler reminders for actionable agreement items Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Client Services Associate for a top financial services client specializing in escrow and paying agent solutions.
