The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent potential and a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV, with a commitment of 32-40 hours per week.

The salary for this role ranges from $101,750 to $117,000 annually.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities.

Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care. Responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
• Collaborating with other medical providers within the center.
• Working with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred. Candidates must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA in states where practice regulations allow.
