Agile Scrum Master (CLT)

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Agile Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be an integral part of the enterprise support structure, working closely with multiple Agile teams to foster delivery excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for agile methodologies, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to innovation and teamwork. Job Title: Agile Scrum Master Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days on-site and 2 days remote) What's the Job? Facilitate daily team alignment through stand-ups, ensuring progress, risks, and blockers are clearly surfaced. Maintain delivery flow using Scrum or Kanban practices, including monitoring WIP limits and cycle time. Partner with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, prioritized, and groomed backlog. Remove impediments by coordinating with cross-functional teams, leadership, and support groups. Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, observations, and retrospectives. What's Needed?
