Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Agile Scrum Master->CLT->OS to join their team. As an Agile Scrum Master->CLT->OS, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting multiple Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to foster collaboration, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Agile Scrum Master Location Charlotte, NC What’s the Job? Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective team collaboration Manage dependencies and provide visibility into team delivery plans and progress Resolve impediments quickly to maintain continuous delivery Promote communication and collaboration within Agile teams to support value delivery Create and manage project backlogs, including CRQs in Remedy and tracking in Jira What’s Needed? 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment 3-5 years of applicable experience with technology projects Deep knowledge of Bank of America Enterprise Change Management and Release Management processes Strong oral and written communication skills Working knowledge of Remedy, JIRA, and Confluence What’s in it for me?
