Body Alive is seeking an  experienced, professional Maintenance Technician to support our rapidly growing studio network while working directly alongside our  VP of Buildout & Maintenance. Located in CVG area and willing to travel!

This is a  hands-on commercial maintenance role for an experienced professional who can independently troubleshoot problems, complete quality repairs, coordinate with contractors, and assist with new studio construction and buildout projects.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general  commercial facility maintenance and repairs across Body Alive studios
• Troubleshoot and repair  light electrical issues, fixtures, outlets, switches, and basic electrical components
• Complete  drywall repairs, patching, painting, trim, doors, hardware, and finish work
• Perform basic  plumbing repairs and troubleshoot leaks and fixtures
• Assist with  HVAC troubleshooting and general HVAC maintenance
• Complete  carpentry, flooring, ceiling, and general building repairs
• Identify and address maintenance issues before they become larger problems
• Coordinate and work with  part-time handymen and outside contractors
• Assist with  new studio construction, buildouts, site visits, punch lists, and project support
• Travel between Body Alive studios as needed
• Help ensure all studios remain  safe, functional, professional, and well-maintained Qualifications
• Professional experience in commercial maintenance, construction, or skilled trades
• Strong knowledge of general building maintenance and repair
• Experience with  light electrical, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Professional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Willingness and ability to  travel between studio locations

Starting Salary: $70,000
