About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead national business development and revenue-generating activities. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving sustained revenue growth and expanding market share, particularly within the specialty construction, building envelope, waterproofing, or related commercial construction industries. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding customer relationships, and building a high-performing commercial organization. The role demands a leader with strong business acumen, an established industry network, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. The VP of Sales will work closely with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with operational execution and long-term business objectives. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior sales leadership experience in the relevant industries, with a focus on commercial construction sales cycles, contractor relationships, and negotiated project pursuits. The role requires a candidate with exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, who is a strategic thinker with a strong execution capability. A deep understanding of the technical aspects of the industry, including waterproofing, façade restoration, and building envelope systems, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in relationship-driven sales, key account management, and strategic partnerships, and be adept at managing KPIs, forecasting, and sales performance metrics. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience in commercial specialty subcontracting environments, as well as existing relationships within the commercial construction and restoration markets, is a plus.
