Our client, a leading manufacturer in the coatings industry, is seeking a Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) Temp-to-Hire to join their team. As a Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) Temp-to-Hire, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and packaging of high-quality solvent-based coatings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, and a safety-conscious mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: West Bend, WI

Pay Range: $20

Shift: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Batching and blending paint products according to formulas
• Filling and packaging products into quarts, pails, and drums
• Handling raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
• Operating production and packaging equipment
• Moving and staging materials throughout the facility while maintaining safety standards

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift 4050 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working with chemicals and industrial materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
