Veeva Lead Developer

Salary: $86,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• Substantial hands-on experience building interactive, content-driven front-end experiences.
• Ability to independently manage workstreams through completion with limited supervision.
• Experience building or testing Veeva CLM content, or comparable work on review-gated platforms with fixed file structures and packaging requirements.
• Ability to work within and extend an established architecture according to technical standards, and to identify and communicate issues early.
• Experience creating charts, graphs, and data displays where accuracy is important.
• Device-level testing experience, particularly with iPads, and strong attention to detail in identifying defects before production validation.
• Ability to follow deployment and validation procedures precisely.
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to estimate development work realistically and manage assigned deliverables independently.
• Preferred: Current or in-progress Veeva certification in interactive presentation and CLM content development; experience with Veeva Vault CRM; taking Veeva interactive presentations into client production; supporting or leading deployment and production validation; PromoMats submissions and MLR-reviewed materials; building navigable, challenge-driven CVAs; or working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated content environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada without visa sponsorship.

• Own assigned portions of the Customer Visual Aid (CVA) build from page structure and development through testing, defect resolution, and submission preparation.
• Structure pages to meet defined file and CLM content standards.
• Implement navigation that helps field representatives reach relevant sections during healthcare professional conversations.
• Build accurate, well-presented charts, graphs, and static data displays.
• Check work against the technical and content standards established by the technical lead and proactively flag gaps or inconsistencies.
• Test builds on client-issued iPads that reflect the standard field environment, and resolve defects before production validation.
• Prepare content for PromoMats and MLR review, following approval and packaging requirements.
• Follow and document environment, handoff, deployment, and validation procedures.
• Provide realistic estimates for assigned work to support project planning and delivery timelines.
• Support production validation and serve as a technical backup to the lead during deployment and validation.
• Collaborate with the technical lead and delivery team to integrate assigned components into the complete CVA experience.
