The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $17.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: 7am-5:30pm or 6pm-4:30am

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with inventory and data? We're looking for a Full-Time Operations Associate to support the movement and tracking of high-value collectibles in a professional office and fulfillment environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, order entry, data entry, quality assurance, or administrative operations who enjoy working with systems, accuracy, and organization.

What You'll Do:

• Accurately enter and maintain inventory records in company systems
• Process incoming items and ensure information is recorded correctly
• Research products and verify details when needed
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate location tracking
• Assist with order processing, fulfillment, and shipment preparation
• Generate shipping documentation and labels
• Conduct inventory audits and verify inventory accuracy
• Perform quality checks to ensure records and items match
• Help maintain an organized, efficient workflow throughout the operation
• Support inventory movement and storage activities as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience with data entry, inventory management, order processing, or administrative support preferred
• Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Interest in collectibles, sports memorabilia, trading cards, comics, or pop culture items is a plus
