Clinical Operations Assistant (Medical Assistant Required) Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Weirton, WV Companies: Comprehensive Behavioral Health Associates Position Overview We are seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to serve as a Clinical Operations Assistant supporting an outpatient Behavioral Health Agency. This position plays a vital role in supporting operational efficiency, client onboarding, referral development, and clinical coordination across both service lines. Primary Responsibilities: Assist with intake processing and documentation tracking Support clinical staff with coordination of services Monitor documentation completeness and compliance Maintain organized client records Assist with operational reporting and quality improvement activities Qualifications Active Medical Assistant (MA) credential required Experience in healthcare operations (home health or behavioral health preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building Proficient in EMR systems and basic office software Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple service lines Preferred Characteristics Detail-oriented Professional and adaptable Comfortable in a growth-focused healthcare environment Self-directed and proactive #J-18808-Ljbffr
