This remote role allows for flexible working hours, enabling you to manage your schedule while maintaining a full caseload. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient, followed by the development of tailored, solution-based treatment plans that align with best practices in psychotherapy.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, ensuring that therapy is adapted to the specific needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up on treatment goals.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver coordinated and holistic care that addresses both mental health and substance use issues.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing care quality and developing new strategies for supporting patient well-being.

• Educate and empower patients and their families by providing information on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Stay abreast of emerging research and developments in mental health and substance use treatment, integrating the latest findings into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with a diverse population of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including those in active addiction and early recovery stages. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year.
