Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients in detox.

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans that address the presenting issues, ensuring each client’s voice is heard.

• Engaging actively with clients and families to educate them about mental health and substance use issues while promoting informed decision-making.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create integrated care plans and ensuring access to necessary services.

• Participating in crisis intervention and stabilization efforts, demonstrating empathy and competence under pressure.

• Maintaining proper documentation and ensuring timely submission of data and reports regarding client care and progress.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for the LCSW position will possess the following:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Avis Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
