Job Summary Using a multi-disciplined approach, this position coordinates and disseminates marketing and promotional efforts for assigned sports. Responsibilities Direct Volleyball, Women's Basketball, Men's Basketball, and Baseball videoboard shows Assist the Assistant AD with shows across other sports as needed Assist the Fan Experience team and the Field Manager for Football games with sponsorship activations and on-field participants Upload content to Display Studio and the TriCaster across all sports Collaborate with sponsors and marketing teams to appropriately integrate in-stadium content Build buttons and establish the order of the show across sports Work with the Fan Experience team to enhance videoboard shows through videos, graphics, on-field promotions, and skits Assist the Assistant AD of Marketing in supervising marketing interns and staff, including the Spirit Coordinator Assist with new strategies to engage fans at FIU games and events; act as liaison between community groups, university departments, alumni, and other organizations to aid FIU Athletics marketing and sales efforts Partner with FIU affiliated groups to drive awareness and support for all sports Serve as a University card user for departmental transactions and adhere to credit card policies Adhere to State of Florida, University, NCAA, Conference USA, and department rules and policies; report NCAA concerns as required #J-18808-Ljbffr Florida International University
