A Logistics Coordinator manages the flow of goods and services for a company, ensuring timely delivery and efficient supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating with various departments, including production, sales, and distribution, to facilitate a smooth and efficient supply chain. Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Coordinator:

• Coordinating Transportation: They work with transportation providers to ensure the prompt and proper movement of shipments.
• Communication: They act as a bridge between different departments, communicating information and coordinating activities.
• Tracking and Error Correction: They monitor shipments, identify errors, and take steps to correct them.
• Customer Service: They respond to customer inquiries and refer them to the appropriate channels.
• Budget Management: They manage distribution and shipment budgets.
• Process Improvement: They develop processes to improve the efficiency and organization of the supply chain.
• Inventory Management: They work with inventory management software and logistics technology tools.

Education: HS Diploma. Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred. 2 years experience in similar industry of work experience.
