As a CNA, you'll play an essential role in providing hands-on care, helping residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence while working alongside an experienced and supportive nursing team.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.

• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other observations.

• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.

• Assist with meal service, hydration, and feeding when needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.

• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff.

• Ensure resident rooms remain clean, safe, and comfortable.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers while providing exceptional customer service.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment.

• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus but not required.
