Associate Attorney

We are seeking an associate attorney with two years of experience in business immigration, including the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant visa petitions for corporate clients. You will be working with a talented group of immigration attorneys in the New York office of our close-knit, full-service commercial law firm. Initially, duties will be focused on the assessment of nonimmigrant visa options and strategies and advisory work, but will also eventually involve a full range of diverse nonimmigrant, PERM and immigrant matters with access to a growing and exciting roster of clients.
