1st Shift Welder (FRIDAYS OFF!!)

What You'll Do

• Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum aerospace components while supporting the production of critical thermal management products.
• Work alongside engineers to build, test, and improve aerospace hardware , tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Use precision inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, feeler gauges, and FARO Arm portable CMM systems to verify product quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Complete detailed manufacturing documentation and traceability records for flight-ready aerospace hardware.
• Support fabrication, assembly, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to help ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with aerospace manufacturing requirements.

What We're Looking For

• TIG welding experience, preferably with aluminum.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings .
• Experience using precision measurement and inspection tools.
• Professional TIG welding training, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• AWS D17.1 welding qualifications are highly preferred.
• U.S. Person status required due to ITAR regulations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
