Job Description
Lead custom equipment projects from concept through installation. Work closely with customers, Mechanical Designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet performance, quality, and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities

• Manage multiple equipment projects from concept through installation.
• Serve as the technical lead and primary customer contact for assigned projects.
• Develop and review mechanical designs, layouts, and engineering documentation in SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Designers, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Controls, and Service teams.
• Perform engineering calculations and support equipment selection and system design.
• Participate in customer meetings, design reviews, and project updates.
• Support equipment startup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Associate degree with related design experience.
• Experience with mechanical design, custom equipment, or industrial machinery.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Dane, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
