I opened my agency in 2024 after spending five and a half years working with State Farm. Before that, I worked in banking at Wells Fargo, which helped shape my approach to customer service, financial conversations, and relationship building. Today, our team includes five members and were focused on continuing to grow together.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Yaavar Rahman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
