Position Highlights

• Schedule Options:
  
  
  • Option 1: M-F with Call | Includes 8 weeks PTO
  • Option 2: M-F No Call / No Weekends / No Holidays | Includes 8 weeks PTO
  • Option 3: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off | Block model (160 hrs / 14 days), no call on off weeks, no relocation required
• Compensation:
  
  
  • General Anesthesia: 572,000 base pay + 100,000 sign-on bonus
  • Cardiac Anesthesia: 632,000 base pay + 100,000 sign-on bonus
  • Incentives: Student loan assistance available + full health, dental, and retirement benefits
• Daily Work Flow:
  
  
  • Mix of running personal cases and supervising CRNAs (1:4 ratio)
  • Average of 4-5 cases per day with no teaching components required
