In this role you will have to communicate decisively with customers, distributors, manufacturing and management to ensure customer satisfaction. You must be able to manage your time, have patience and a positive attitude.Responsibilities:Field calls from customers placing orders, or inquiring about existing order statusProvides customers and distributors with quotes/proposalsEnters sales orders into the systemCommunicates in writing via email status updates to customersGenerate and complete Quotes / ProposalsSends customers order confirmationsSupport team members during high peak/high volume call daysOther duties may be assignedSkills and Qualifications:1 year minimum experienceSteady, progressive work historyEfficient in utilizing a CRM system and use of Microsoft officeExcellent communication skills - has poise on the phone!Upbeat team player who loves to "win"Bilingual is a MUST #J-18808-Ljbffr
