Production Operations SupervisorAs a Production Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of production processing functions, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are achieved. You will lead a team of operations and support professionals, providing direction, coaching, and performance management while driving process improvements, operational excellence, and a high-performance work environment.Shift: Wednesday - Friday and every other Tuesday from 5:45 am - 6:00 pmLead daily production operations, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are met.Coach, develop, and manage team performance, including scheduling, goal setting, and performance reviews.Monitor workflow, resolve operational issues, and support client and business needs.Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Operations or Production ExperiencePrevious leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferredStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience leading teams in a high-volume production, print, manufacturing, or operations environmentExperience with process improvement and performance metricsKnowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reportingAt FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career.
