* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings

* Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and support their journey into new roles

* Ensure meticulous record-keeping in our applicant tracking system

* Generate commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews facilitated, and hires resulting from your leads

Compensation Structure
