Driving strategic healthcare transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager III will manage multiple projects to improve clinical and operational performance, enhance member outcomes, and support regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance healthcare quality, efficiency, and compliance Lead strategic initiatives across various health plan functions, including Care Management and Clinical Operations Develop actionable strategies and project plans based on healthcare data and operational findings Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of project implementation or program management experience Experience within a healthcare payer or managed care organization, with knowledge of Medicaid preferred Demonstrated understanding of healthcare payer operations and financial performance Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) and/or healthcare-related credentials preferred but not required Virtual Vocations Inc
