The candidate will serve as our company's client relations and billing specialist. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedure Resolve client issues Manage company software Complete operational requirements Assist with Tax Resolution Experience in a medical/accounting setting is a bonus Personal Assistant Valid driver's license Qualifications Associate's Degree or Higher Office Management Experience Communication Skills Filing / paper management Typing Customer Service Skills Self-motivation Teamwork Multitasking Time Management Microsoft Office Suite Digital File Organization Software Management Interpersonal Skills We are looking forward to hearing from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
