Senior Revenue Operations ManagerThis is a senior individual contributor role focused on building and scaling a Revenue Operations function from the ground up. You will design the systems, processes, data foundations, and operating models needed to support predictable revenue growth. Working closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership, you will turn complex data into clear insights and practical decisions. Your scope will span systems and data, forecasting, territory and capacity planning, enablement infrastructure, customer health, and GTM performance. You will have significant ownership over both immediate operational improvements and longer-term architecture. The role is highly analytical, hands-on, and strategic, with direct influence on how revenue teams operate and scale.AccountabilitiesBuild the foundational Revenue Operations infrastructure, including dashboards, reporting, processes, data standards, and remediation plans for identified gaps.Own relationships with revenue technology vendors and manage tools and integrations across platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, and ChiliPiper.Establish data quality standards, access controls, governance practices, and reliable reporting frameworks.Conduct ongoing process and data gap analysis and implement practical improvements that support long-term scalability.Build capacity and territory models, define attribution frameworks, and map the revenue technology stack and its integrations.Operationalize Customer Success processes covering customer health, churn prediction, renewal workflows, escalation paths, and expansion playbooks.Establish clear rules of engagement between Sales and Customer Success for complex go-to-market motions.Build the infrastructure for a scalable enablement function, including topics, processes, and scheduling.Develop tracking and reporting for strategic and payment partner merchants that are critical to net revenue retention.Analyze win/loss performance, deal cycle length, seasonality, retention, segmentation, and customer trends to inform revenue strategy.Support capacity planning, territory planning, quota setting, and compensation administration using data-driven models.Support pricing and packaging changes through appropriate analysis, tracking, and reporting.Facilitate mid-funnel pipeline reviews and Sales and Customer Success quarterly business reviews.Identify GTM and Customer Success inefficiencies through data analysis and develop actionable improvement plans.Build merchant health scoring, expansion potential tracking, and red-to-green workflows.Develop executive and management reporting that provides visibility into pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, performance against targets, and actionable insights for revenue teams.Establish forecasting processes capable of delivering predictable results within approximately ±10% over time.Build a scalable enablement foundation within the first year and continuously improve the operating model as the business grows.Requirements6–8+ years of relevant Revenue Operations experience, including experience building a RevOps function from scratch or significantly resetting an existing foundation.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify missing data, determine how to obtain it, and turn it into useful business insights.Hands-on Salesforce expertise, including experience with flows, integrations, and revenue-related workflows.Strong technical comfort working with data, including tools or languages such as SQL or Python.Broad understanding of the Revenue Operations technology landscape and sound judgment when evaluating tools, integrations, and scalable solutions.Experience with forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory planning, capacity modeling, quota setting, compensation administration, and revenue reporting.Ability to use data to challenge assumptions, surface trade-offs, and support difficult or high-impact business decisions.Demonstrated ability to use AI practically in a professional environment, with concrete examples of how it has improved workflows, analysis, or decision-making.Pragmatic and intentional approach, balancing immediate operational fixes with sustainable long-term system design.Strong understanding of Sales and Customer Success operations, including customer health, retention, expansion, and revenue performance.Ability to partner effectively with revenue leaders and communicate complex, data-backed insights clearly to executive stakeholders.Comfortable working independently, taking significant ownership, and operating in an environment where processes and systems are still being established.Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.BenefitsSalary range of $140,000–$200,000 USD, with compensation paid in local currency regardless of location.Compensation may exceed the stated range in some cases based on experience, qualifications, and potential contribution.Fully remote work environment.Open vacation policy.Country-specific benefits packages.Opportunity to build a Revenue Operations function and its foundational systems from the ground up.Significant ownership and influence as a senior individual contributor.Direct partnership with Sales and Customer Success leadership.Exposure to strategic revenue planning, analytics, GTM operations, customer success, and executive decision-making.Opportunity to shape scalable processes, systems, and data infrastructure supporting international growth.The role is currently prioritizing candidates residing in the Americas, Europe, or Africa.
