Job Summary:
The Onsite Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Check in employees
• Processed weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for employees while ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Maintained payroll records, employee files, tax documents, and direct deposit information in compliance with company policies.
• Reviewed timesheets, attendance records, and payroll adjustments to ensure accurate wage calculations.
• Assisted employees with payroll inquiries, paycheck discrepancies, deductions, and benefit-related questions.
• Entered and verified employee information, including new hires, terminations, wage changes, and tax updates.
• Generated payroll reports for management and accounting departments.
• Coordinated with Human Resources and Accounting teams to maintain accurate employee and payroll records.
• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers (certification may be required).
• Follow up with placed employees and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Meet recruiting, placement, and performance metrics established by the staffing agency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and client requirements.
• Support additional recruiting, administrative, and customer service tasks as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Assist with general labor duties and special warehouse projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
