Your Role

As a Consult Partner working in the Kyndryl Consult team, the organization’s fastest‑growing business, you’ll craft innovative solutions for some of our largest accounts. Leadership and Impact

You will play a key leadership role across multi‑disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and leading your team to success. Your leadership will foster talent development and innovation within the organization. You’ll be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas across C‑suite customers, spanning business and IT solutions, and incorporating AI and infrastructure to scale outcomes across the customer ecosystem.

Customer Engagement

With customer engagement being a core part of the job, this role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO‑level customers.

What You Will Do

Contribute to Profitable Growth

  • Sustain Growth: Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets, managing margin expectations and backlog growth.
  • Spot Opportunities: Support the identification, pursuit, and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities.
  • Determine Scope: Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, ensuring profitability and containing risk.

Build Customer Engagement

  • Get Connected: Build and maintain deep relationships with customer CXOs, being seen as the go‑to person and trusted advisor.
  • Take the Lead: Lead C‑level customer interactions and consulting initiatives, delivering deliverables and outputs of a deal engagement.
  • Inform and Advise: Demonstrate credibility and experience to advise and deliver on complex consulting engagements.
  • Keep Customers Happy: Enhance customer satisfaction (measured by NPS) and develop new relationships. Secure customer references.

Achieve Operational Excellence

  • Hit Goals: Achieve individual and team utilization targets.
  • Take Control: Lead design of complex engagements and oversee delivery, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

Lead and Collaborate

  • Lead by Example: Foster a culture of continuous personal and professional development, encouraging curiosity, innovation, and support. Ensure outcomes are commercially focused, value‑adding, and effectively executed.

Contribute to Strategic Goals

  • Shape Strategy: Utilize industry and technology expertise to drive the company’s strategic initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Extensive experience in customer engagement and CXO‑level relationship management.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting or similar environment.
  • Effective financial acumen, driving revenue growth and managing margins.
  • Experience with high‑value business development activities and senior stakeholders.
  • Deep industry trend and technology knowledge.
  • Sound personal brand and industry presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $185,760 to $334,320 based on a full‑time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job‑related skills, and experience.

Tiers by location:
California (San Francisco Bay Area): $222,960 to $401,160
California (All Other): $204,360 to $367,800
Colorado: $185,760 to $334,320
Massachusetts: $185,760 to $367,800
New York City: $222,960 to $401,160
Washington: $204,360 to $367,800
Washington DC: $204,360 to $367,800

Benefits

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program and may receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave, and paid time off. If this is a sales commission‑eligible role, you may participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
