• Certification (Valid California Vocational Nurse License)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (Certificate issued by the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association)
• Proof of HS Graduation (Graduation from high school or GED; do not substitute with a university degree)
• Resume (Current resume must be submitted with your application)
