Senior Application Analyst

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics seeks a Senior Application Analyst to lead business systems design, configuration, and support for cancer detection and treatment platforms. This remote role involves managing technology solutions, mentoring junior analysts, and serving as a primary support contact for end-users across assigned applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead estimation, design, and testing of system enhancements and support requests
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user support through tracking systems
- Mentor junior analysts and delegate configuration activities to team members
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to align technology solutions with operational needs
- Review project status, identify process improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; or high school diploma with 4+ years relevant experience
- 5+ years configuring or developing technology solutions in application analyst or project delivery role
- Subject matter expertise in patient identification, revenue cycle, CRM, MyChart, patient registration, or lab order entry
- Ability to obtain Epic software certification within 8 weeks of hire
- Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and communication skills
- Experience with healthcare or life sciences business systems preferred
