Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities Coordinate and support the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires Manage I-9 documentation, E-Verify submissions, and onboarding compliance tasks Schedule and track benefits orientation sessions Process routine employee data updates in Workday Provide first-line support for employee benefits questions Serve as first-line intake for the HR helpline and ServiceNow tickets Support training assignment coordination and scheduling logistics Requirements 1–2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role Strong organizational skills and follow-through Experience with Workday HCM or a similar HRIS Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify compliance preferred Associate's degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
