TheHuman Resources Manager's responsibilities includeoverseeing OrganizationalDevelopment, Policies & Procedures, Recruitment - Sourcing,Workday, Insights, HR Policy, and External Communication. Youwill also help shape our employer brand strategy through strategicsocial media recruitment campaigning. Tobe successful in this role, you should be familiar with HRtechnology, including payroll systems and Applicant TrackingSystems.Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts,hires, develops, and retains qualified employees. Core Responsibilities Developand implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with ouroverall business strategy. Bridgingmanagement and employee relations by addressing demands,grievances, or other issues. Managingthe recruitment and selection process. Settingobjectives for the HR team and tracking progress. Designingand implementing company policies that promote a healthy workenvironment. Developcompensation and employee benefits plans. Setobjectives for the HR team and track progress. Discussemployees’ career development paths with managers. MonitorHR metrics (e.g. turnover rates andcost-per-hire). Organizelearning and development programs. Assistswith the full cycle recruitment, interview and offerprocess Maintainscompliance with federal, state and local employment laws andregulations. Recommendbest practices for performance reviews, policies to maintaincompliance. Providesday-to-day performance management guidance to management(coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinaryactions). ProvidesHR policy guidance and interpretation. Assistsemployees and managers with the administration of leave ofabsences including FMLA, ADA and the interactive dialogueprocess; generates communications in accordance with established policy. EnsureHR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in atimely manner. MaintainHR procedures that comply with labor regulations. Requirements Provenwork experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role Hands-onexperience with Human Resources Management Software (includingpayroll systems and ATS). Solidunderstanding of labor law legislation. Excellentcommunication abilities. Peopleoriented and results driven. Demonstrableexperience with Human Resources metrics. Knowledgeof HR systems and databases. Abilityto develop hiring strategies along with leadership skills. Excellentactive listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competenceto build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships atall levels of the company. In-depthknowledge of labor law and HR Best practices. Degreein Human Resources or related field Leadershipskills and the ability to foster healthy employee relations. Provenwork experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role Education Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources Management or OrganizationalPsychology.
