The Opportunity:
We are seeking motivated and skilled Civil Litigation Defense Attorneys to join our clients growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for California and Nevada licensed attorneys with a passion for defense work to handle a diverse and engaging caseload. You will be a key contributor from day one, managing cases through all phases of litigation and working directly with experienced partners who are invested in your success.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Represent clients in all court appearances, including hearings and motion practice.
  
• Draft a wide range of legal pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
  
• Manage all aspects of written discovery, including propounding and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.
  
• Take and defend depositions of parties and witnesses.
  
• Actively participate in mediations and settlement negotiations to achieve favorable client outcomes.
  
• Provide critical support during pre-trial preparation and assist in all phases of trial proceedings.
  
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  

What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar. (Nevada license is a plus for candidates interested in those opportunities).
  
• 2+ years of dedicated civil litigation experience, with a focus on defense work.
  
• Juris Doctor Degree required
  
• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong academic credentials and a commitment to the highest ethical standards.
