Payroll SpecialistWe're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll processing. This role supports payroll cycles, compliance, and employee inquiries in a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoProcess payroll (weekly/biweekly/semi-monthly)Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductionsEnsure compliance with payroll laws and tax reportingHandle employee payroll questions and maintain recordsReconcile payroll data and resolve discrepanciesSupport year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s)What You Bring2–5+ years of payroll experienceKnowledge of payroll systems (ADP, UKG, Paycom, etc.)Strong Excel skills and attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines and handle confidential information
