We’re seeking an Industrial Blueprint Welding Specialist to help drive our manufacturing work forward. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment—earning $28 per hour for the expertise you bring.

Your Impact

Execute versatile welds: Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to meet varying project needs.
Translate drawings into reality: Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation to define exact specifications.
Own quality: Inspect and test welds to verify accuracy, durability, and compliance with safety standards.
Keep tools production-ready: Maintain welding equipment and tooling for consistent performance.
Deliver on time: Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals and deadlines.
Lead with safety: Adhere to established safety protocols at all times.

What Sets You Up for Success

High school diploma or equivalent (vocational welding training is advantageous)
Documented experience as a welder and a portfolio that displays completed work
Strong command of welding processes and safety practices
Fluency in reading blueprints and technical documentation
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
Effective communication skills and a team-first approach
