Lifeline Counseling Solutions supports you with in-house credentialing and management of your insurance participation and scheduling, ensuring a seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, identifying their specific needs and developing tailored clinical intervention plans.

• Utilize graduate-level clinical social work and counseling techniques, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to enhance client outcomes.

• Foster effective communication among interdisciplinary team members by documenting assessments, treatment interventions, and participating in collaborative meetings like patient rounds.

• Address the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients across all age groups, demonstrating your commitment to holistic care.

• Engage in case management for assigned patients, coordinating with community professionals and programs to provide comprehensive resources and support.

• Ensure the timely and ethical completion of documentation in line with departmental expectations, maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW issued by the State.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Availability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, with the possibility of adjusting hours depending on client needs.

• At least two years of clinical experience in the field of mental health counseling is essential.
