Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and clinical experience to independently conduct psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.

• Engage with clients to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship, applying various behavioral interventions rooted in evidence-based methodologies such as motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and behavioral activation.

• Maintain detailed and systematic records of patient treatment progress, adapting plans as necessary based on patient responses and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and primary care providers, to ensure a well-rounded, integrative approach to patient care.

• Monitor and support patients in their psychotropic medication management, as prescribed, focusing on adherence, potential side effects, and overall treatment effectiveness.

• Conduct follow-ups and virtual check-ins to assess progress toward established treatment goals and objectives, ensuring accountability and support for clients.

This position primarily serves adults dealing with substance use disorders, mental health issues, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
