Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to systematically evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying their strengths, needs, and potential challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide individualized treatment plans that foster positive patient outcomes.

• Engage in interprofessional collaboration with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that all aspects of a patient’s care are coordinated and integrated.

• Facilitate and lead therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions to improve patients' coping skills and enhance their support systems.

The Recovery Care Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
