How you’ll make an impact You will assist in the recruitment process, including CV screening and interview coordination. You will support onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. You will participate in recruitment initiatives such as campus hiring and job fairs. You will support HR documentation and data management. You will assist in organizing and coordinating HR‑related workshops, seminars, and training sessions (e.g., logistics, communication, and on‑site support). You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or are on leave of absence. You have a strong interest in Human Resources and the manufacturing industry. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You possess good communication and interpersonal skills. English proficiency is a plus. Availability for 6 months.
