The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Asheville, North Carolina. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work. This role involves working in a Level III or higher NICU with a focus on providing specialized neonatal care to critically ill newborns. • Required Qualifications: Certifications include Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - required. Experience includes Level III or higher Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience with a minimum of 0 years (applicants with 2 or more years preferred). Education background, licensure, and experience in neonatal care are essential.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with NIC-RN certification and stable NICU experience of two years or more will be prioritized.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, working every other weekend.
• Additional Information: This role is a contractor replacement. No float rotation is specified; unit policies and guidelines will be provided.
