FINANCIAL SERVICES CONTRACTS ATTORNEY

One of the largest and most respected investment management companies in the world seeks an Attorney with 5+ years of experience working in a large organization drafting, negotiating and managing sales-side agreements.  This is a temporary role approved for 3 months in duration with a likelihood of an extension.  Work is 7.5 hours/day for 37.5 hours/week. Work is 100% remote but candidates must work during standard business hours.  Position requires: (a) an active license to practice law; (b) 5+ years of experience working for a large organization drafting and negotiating complex sales-side contracts; (c) experience with contract provisions related to data security, use of data, indemnity and limitation of liability, among other provisions; (d) experience with a financial services organization,. Pay rate of $150/hr + full benefits (health insurance, 401K, etc). If selected, you will be required to disclose all of your family's stocks, bonds, and crypto on a quarterly basis. This is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate sales-side contracts related to retirement services for employers. 
• Review contracts against predetermined guardrails; identify and highlight deviations from standard contractual language and potential issues.
• Maintain organized records of all reviewed contracts and corresponding analysis.
• Provide recommendations for contract remediation.
• Draft and negotiate notices, amendments, letter agreements or other documentation for any contract remediation.
