Event Project Manager

To support global and regional enterprise demand generation events, the freelance Event Project Manager will manage end-to-end planning and execution of various events, ensuring smooth operations and cross-functional alignment while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain the Master Event Checklist and Execution Playbook, tracking all tasks against defined deadlines throughout the event lifecycle Schedule and facilitate cross-functional event sync meetings, generating and distributing weekly status reports to stakeholders Coordinate event logistics and vendor partnerships, ensuring smooth capture and routing of leads post-event Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in project management or event operations, specifically managing enterprise B2B events in a high-tech environment Proven ability to develop and enforce structured project plans and timelines Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and familiarity with event management workflows Highly organized, proactive self-starter with experience in both in-person and virtual events Familiarity with B2B demand generation funnels and sales pipeline acceleration strategies
