The preferred candidate is located in Central or Eastern time zones What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll assist in crafting unforgettable corporate events, working with clients to bring their visions to life. You’ll master the art of logistics, collaborate with top-tier vendors, and deliver seamless experiences—from high-energy conferences to unforgettable incentive trips. Your Key Tasks Include: Coordinating event logistics, from venue selection to onsite management Owning the relationship with your key clients Managing budgets and keeping events cost-effective Supporting on-site operations to ensure events run like clockwork Gathering feedback and brainstorming ways to make the next event even better What You Bring to the Table: Passion for event planning and project management A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related fields 3-5 years of experience in event planning and project management Superb organization skills and attention to detail Stellar communication and a team-first mentality Tech-savvy with bonus points for event software experience Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when the excitement happens Why GoGather? Travel Requirements: This is a travel-heavy role, requiring onsite management of events, site visits, client meetings, and more. The ideal candidate will be prepared to travel up to 60% of the time. Salary Range:

$50,000 – $70,000 OTE
