Mb Staffing Services is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a Marketing and Communications team. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who can transform ideas into compelling designs that strengthen brand awareness and engage diverse audiences. Responsibilities Design graphics, layouts, illustrations, logos, and visual concepts across digital and print platforms. Support marketing campaigns from concept through execution. Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to produce cohesive brand visuals. Design major publications, including the Annual Report. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Apply feedback to refine and enhance final designs. Ensure all materials align with the organization's brand and policies. Stay current with design trends and tools. Qualifications 3+ years of graphic design experience. Strong creative and visual design skills. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. High attention to detail and brand consistency. Strong time-management and multitasking skills. Must have a creative and unique graphic design portfolio to present style of work.
