Compensation Analyst (Associate)

Job Summary developing job descriptions and conducting job analysis and evaluations for assigned business areas conducting market analyses and recommendations participating in salary surveys assisting in the annual salary compensation review Support the administration of compensation including salary and API Assist with the analysis data to inform the design, development and updates of compensation programs and compensation projects as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, formulas, and formatting). Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain pay-related information clearly. Experience in project coordination or administration with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines. PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS Relevant internships or HR administrative experience. 2 years of relevant professional experience. This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote. Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances. Base Pay Range Base Pay Range $52,200.00 - $94,600.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
