What You'll Be Doing

\n
• Play a key role in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and financial reporting activities
\n
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting financial schedules
\n
• Support accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes
\n
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and help ensure reporting accuracy
\n
• Partner with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams on accounting matters
\n
• Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and increase efficiency
\n
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support to other team members as appropriate
\n
• Contribute to special projects, reporting initiatives, and ongoing accounting improvements
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
\n
• Progressive accounting experience, ideally at the Senior Accountant or Lead Accountant level
\n
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close
\n
• Experience preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis
\n
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with accounting systems
\n
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
\n
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership and enjoys improving processes
\n
