Customer Engagement & Scheduling Specialist
Santa Ana CA– In-Office

Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay: $20/hour + $150 commission per deal closed
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Weekly Pay: Every Friday

Available Schedules
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Join Our Team!
We are looking for motivated, confident, and personable Appointment Setters to join our growing team in Santa Ana!

In this role, you’ll speak with homeowners who have existing solar panel agreements and may be experiencing challenges when refinancing or selling their homes. Your goal is to gather basic information, understand their situation, and schedule qualified homeowners with a specialist who can assist them further.

This is an in-office position with paid training and opportunities to earn additional income through commissions.

Paid Training
We provide fully paid training at $20/hour .

What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to homeowners
Speak professionally and confidently with potential customers
Ask questions and gather relevant information
Identify homeowners who may benefit from speaking with a specialist
Schedule qualified appointments
Accurately document call information
Work toward individual and team performance goals
